Your survey responses are confidential. We use ad networks and/or third parties to deliver survey questions to you, and we do not collect any personal information that could identify you (except your email address, if you voluntarily provide it).

We only collect the survey question responses that are provided, along with information about the type of websites, applications, and devices used to provide them, which we use to improve the quality of our advertisements.

We use these responses to create measures of opinion about various topics so we can help customers make better decisions related to those topics.

For example, responses to questions about safety in your community may be used to measure how safe people feel in that community, which can help city leaders that are working to make your city safer.

Elucd partners may use cookies to track user interactions across partner sites. Any survey question may be delivered to users by our advertising partners, who may set cookies within their browser interface. These third party cookies may allow the ad server to recognize your device each time it sends you an online survey question or other advertisement to compile information about you or others who use your device. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. You may find out additional information regarding the use of cookies by advertising networks, including how to opt out of the use of such technologies, at www.networkadvertising.org.
